Carly Grundmann is a Gig Harbor Realtor, longtime real estate investor and marketer with a different perspective on buying and selling real estate.

Before becoming a licensed broker, Carly spent more than a decade investing in real estate herself. Since 2011, she has personally been the buyer or seller in more than 100 real estate transactions, giving her firsthand experience with the decisions, negotiations and financial realities her clients face.

Carly also has a degree in marketing and nearly 20 years of experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, campaigns, websites, sales systems and large-scale launches. She now applies that experience to how homes are positioned, marketed and presented to buyers.

That combination gives Carly a unique lens.

For buyers, she looks beyond finishes to understand value, location, condition, resale, opportunity and deal structure. For sellers, she approaches the property as a marketer first, identifying how it should be positioned, who the likely buyer is and what will make the home stand out.

Based in Gig Harbor, Carly works with buyers and sellers throughout Gig Harbor, Tacoma and the South Sound, with a particular focus on relocation, luxury, waterfront, view and distinctive properties.

She especially enjoys helping clients relocating to Gig Harbor understand the nuances that aren't always obvious from a listing: neighborhood feel, access to town, commuting, acreage, waterfront considerations, privacy, views and the tradeoffs between different areas of the harbor.
